Leverage, LLC, and affiliated companies Graduate Leverage Insurance Services, LLC and GL Advisor, LLC ("GL" or "we"
or "us" and “our”). This document sets forth the terms and practices which govern privacy protections and use of
information you provide to us in connection with your use of the Sites, including the features and services offered
by us from time to time at or through the Sites (collectively with the Sites, the "Services"). By accessing or using
the Services, you are accepting the practices described in this Online Privacy Policy. If you do not accept these practices,
you may not access or use the Services. GL does not sell products or services for purchase by children.
Section 1 — Your Privacy
1.1 GL is committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect about you to provide you with a
more personalized process for the origination and servicing of your federal and private loans, education debt
management services, investment, insurance and tax preparation services. Depending on the nature of the services you
obtain, we may use the information to complete a Direct Loan Consolidation Application, PLUS Loan Application, tax or
insurance application forms, or others, as applicable, for you. Depending on the type of service you choose, you may
receive an additional privacy policy from us. Please read on for more details about the privacy policy that applies
to the use of the Sites.
Section 2 — What Information Do We Collect?
2.1 Personally Identifiable Information. In describing the information we collect, the term “Personally Identifiable
Information” refers to information that tells us specifically who you are, such as your name, phone number (including
cell phone number where applicable), social security number, and email or postal address. It also includes information
about your education loans. The amount of Personally Identifiable Information that you choose to disclose to GL is
completely up to you. The only way we know something about you personally is if you provide it to us in conjunction with
one of our services.
2.1.1 Personal Identifiable Information Disclosure. Personal Identifiable Information is treated confidentially and
will not be shared with anyone outside of the GL family, except as provided in this Privacy Policy. We currently use
the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol to safeguard your information during online collection. Secure Sockets Layer
(SSL) encrypts information and keeps the data private and confidential between your machine and GL. This technology
makes it safe to transmit your social security number and other Personal Identifiable Information over the Internet.
Look for two security icons, the "s" after "http" in the address line and the lock in the bottom status bar of your
internet browser to see that SSL is working properly.
2.2 Email and other Correspondence. We may send you email or other forms of correspondence that are intended to
notify you of information relevant to your student loans, education debt management services (including investment
products), tax preparation services, and insurance products as applicable. If you would rather not receive any such
email correspondence please contact us.
Section 3 — How Do We Use The Information We Collect?
3.1 General. In addition to the purposes described in the preceding section, the information we collect may be used
to (1) evaluate your eligibility for educational and other types of loans; (2) evaluate your eligibility for other
services we offer; (3) evaluate your eligibility for certain insurance products; (4) create your investment and tax
profile, as applicable; or (5) access the National Student Loan Data System (NSLDS) for authorized purposes. In
addition, we may use the information we collect as described in Section 3.2 below.
3.2 Disclosure to Third Parties. Information about customers of the Site is an integral part of our business, and GL
is not in the business of selling or renting it to third parties. GL does not share any information with any third
party that has a link to or from any of the Sites. Third party websites are not covered by this Online Privacy Policy.
Please contact the third parties directly for more information about their privacy practices. GL shares user information
only with specified third parties under the conditions described below:
- Financial Service Providers. GL will share user information with certain third parties in order to provide financial services. These third parties include financial institutions used to process student loans, a custodian broker-dealer, the IRS and other tax authorities, your insurance carrier and our insurance general agent, as applicable.
- Agents and Contractors. From time to time GL may employ or engage other companies and individuals to perform services on our behalf. Examples include provision of accounting, legal and financial or investment services, fulfilling orders, shipping packages, sending postal mail and e-mail, deleting duplicative information from customer lists, analyzing data, providing marketing assistance, processing credit card payments, and providing customer service. Such third parties may have access to personally identifying user information if such is required in order to perform their service functions. If so, they must agree to protect such information, and may not use such information for any other purposes. GL maintains ownership and control of the user information so used.
- Disclosure Required by Law; Protection of Property and Rights. GL may release customer account or other personally identifying information if it believes such release is necessary to comply with law or to safeguard the property or rights of GL, its customers, subsidiaries or affiliates. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for fraud protection and credit risk reduction.
Section 4 — Correcting Your Information, Inquires and Complaints
4.1 We want any information you provide to be correct, so we provide you with the ability to change the information
we have about you. You must identify yourself before we give out any information. If you wish to correct your
information, or have any related questions or complaints, please contact us via email. We reserve the right to
reject or remove any information or content posted on our Site at our sole discretion.
Section 5 – Security
5.1 We also take steps to safeguard your information. We restrict access to your information to those employees who
need to know that information to provide services to you. Employees who violate these standards will be subject to
disciplinary measures. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with applicable legal
requirements to guard your information.

6.1 By using our Site, you consent to our practices concerning the collection and use of customer information by GL.
This Online Privacy Policy is effective October 14, 2009. If we decide to change our privacy policy after that date,
we will post those changes on this page, and/or provide you with notice by other methods, so that you are always aware
of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances it may be disclosed. It is your responsibility
